1. What is your first memory starting your school?
From day 1 being academically pushed and being around like-minded people
2. What is your best memory from your school?
The friends I made along the way and the fun we had.
3. What is one thing you would like to change about your school?
Compulsory sports more than one afternoon per week. (not exclusive to my school)
4. How did you prepare for your admission exam?
Extracurricular coaching lessons from our teachers during lunch breaks and after school.
5. How was the academic support?
Exceptional.
6. Is your school a religious school?
Yes, Christian.
7. What was your favourite co-curricular achievement while at your school?
Playing football, squash, and representing my school at physics and maths competitions.
8. How much emphasis is placed on Oxbridge as a university destination?
A big emphasis, the capable students are highly encouraged to apply.
9. Do you keep in touch with the school, now you have left?
Less than I’d like. I read their emails, letters, and magazines.
10. Did you ever have a detention at your school?
No.
11. What are the pastoral support options?
We had all the academic support we needed, and we always had teachers or mentors to speak to if we were struggling, we were really looked after.
